Video: The Fratello Teams Most Worn Watches In 2025

January 19, 2015

Working for a watch media title means that we get to wear many different watches during the year, from very affordable watches to high-end watches with ditto prices. However, just like you, we also own watch(es) that we wear when we don t have a loaner for review. In this video, most members of the Fratello team show the watches they have worn the most in 2025.This video is blocked because you did not accept marketing cookies. Change cookie settings Nacho, Robert-Jan, Thomas, Max, Daan, Jorg, Lex, Balazs, Henry, Ben, Michael, Tomas, and Gerard are featured in the video showing their most worn watches. Together with the rest of the team, we all wish you a merry Christmas! You can watch this video and others on our YouTube channel here.Nacho s pickNacho has been sporting his Omega Seamaster Professional 300M ref. 2254.50 more than any other this year. This watch belongs to the first generation of 300M models (introduced in 1993), and this black-dial version could be found on the wrist of the late Sir Peter Blake, for example. It s a 300M that originally came on the Speedmaster-style bracelet, which isn t as busy as the nine-row bracelet on the other 300M models from that era. Nacho switches straps quite often on this 300M, and here, you can see it on a NATO strap.Robert-Jan s pickRJ picked two watches that he wore the most this year. First and foremost was his 18K gold Speedmaster Professional Apollo 11 from 2019, but the GMT-Master II 16713, as pictured above, was his second one. He purchased it right before Watches and Wonders 2025, and he enjoys the Jubilee bracelet and color scheme of this Root Beer model. However, the gold Speedmaster is his all-time favorite.Thomas and Jorg s pickBoth Thomas and Jorg picked the VPC Type 37HW. Thomas owns the VPC brand, and he is, of course, the proud wearer of a Type 37HW when he s not trying and testing out other watches. Jorg picked it because he loves the versatility and its comfort on the wrist.Max s pickMax is the guy usually on the other side of the video (and photo) camera, but he can mostly be found wearing his 70-year-old Oyster Precision ref. 6482. Max is the youngest member of the team, wearing the oldest watch.Daan s pickThe Cartier Santos Galbee XL is Daan s go-to watch, and he only wears one of his other watches on rare occasions. What the Speedmaster is for RJ, is the Santos for Daan. He purchased this particular watch roughly four years ago, but it remains his most frequently worn watch in 2025.Lex s pickLex went back and forth between this quartz-powered Grand Seiko SBGX341 and his Omega Speedmaster 57 3594.50 model from 2001. He has his Grand Seiko overhauled, and since then, it has hardly left his wrist.Balazs s pickBalazs bought this Submariner 5513 for his 40th birthday last year. It dates to 1972, and Balazs loves it for its beautiful dial and versatility; it works with everything.Henry s pickHenry picked his IWC Mark XV as his most worn watch. It s an early 2000s pilot s watch that he inherited from his father. It s on a beautiful period-correct bracelet, which is incredibly comfortable to wear.Ben s pickBen s most worn watch in 2025 was his 42mm Breitling Superocean Heritage. This watch is suitable for many occasions, and he loves the vintage design cues it has.Michael s pickMike has been wearing many watches in 2025, so he doesn t have a most worn piece. Instead, for this video, he picked a recent pick-up that he enjoys wearing a lot. It s the Ming 37.11 Odyssey on a Polymesh bracelet.Tomas s pickOur King of Vintage, Tomas, picked this blue-dial Gallet chronograph watch as his most worn watch in 2025. The Gallet chronograph he has here is a rare vintage model that is easy to read and difficult to remove from his wrist.Gerard s pickLast but certainly not least is Gerard with his Grand Seiko. Another quartz-powered Grand Seiko in this list! This double-signed reference SBGX063 (not SBGX062, as mistakenly mentioned in the video), according to Gerard, blends perfectly into every occasion.Happy Holidays!
