Back in 1993, Audemars Piguet introduced a 42mm version of the Royal Oak, bigger and bolder than ever before, from the hands of a young designer by the name of Emmanuel Gueit.We talked with Gueit about the assignment from then-CEO Stephen Urquhart to make the Royal Oak cool again and how he succeeded in doing so.
