This item is useless. Why it was made and sold by HSN is just beyond explanation. It should have been made in to a bangle or just a pendant. On its way back!

I bought this HR monitor watch not only so that I could get an idea of where I was during running, but also so that I could imve my conditioning during my runs. The chest strap is comfortable & stays in place (ladies should wear under your bra). The watch has a lot of features, some of which I haven't tried yet. I love the indigo feature, perfect for those pre-dawn runs! It's definitely helped me imve my pace!
