We are following up on our kick-off to this new lap around the Sun with a fresh new episode of Fratello Talks, in which we re discussing our watch wishes and predictions for 2026. RJ, Thomas, and Nacho are here to express some of what they d love to see more of in the new year from watch brands, as well as to make specific predictions. They also go over some anniversaries taking place that may reveal some of what we can look forward to in 2026. Modified with a white dial for enhanced legibility, it s a perfect watch for keeping track of the day throughout the holidays.Thomas is also keeping things on-brand with the VPC Type 37HW on his wrist, as he awaits the arrival of the prototypes for his upcoming release. We ll likely be seeing more of that soon, but for now, the classic OG remains his go-to.And lastly, Nacho is enjoying some time with his Tudor Pelagox FXD. It s one of his most worn watches of 2025, and it would come as no surprise if it makes a good run for the top spot this year. They begin by examining some of the notable anniversaries that will take place this year. These include the 70th anniversary of the Milgauss and Day-Date models, as well as the 50th anniversary of the Patek Philippe Nautilus and the 200th anniversary of Gallet. Among their wishes, you ll hear about a comeback for sword hands for the Omega Seamaster, something that breaks away from the Black Bay line from Tudor, as well as a revamp for the Explorer II. The conversation then takes a slightly different path as the guys entertain Thomas s tangent on whether anything could ever spell disaster for the brand, before returning to the topic.
