On today s episode of?Fratello Talks, we re each picking three of our all-time favorites. Nacho, Thomas, and Lex have done some research, but little to no alignment ahead of this impromptu episode, so there s bound to be plenty of deep cuts, some overlap, and on-the-fly changes. In the end, each of the guys ends up pretty pleased with his picks. And in this quest for favorites, we certainly get into some of the best watches ever made. If you, like Thomas, had designed your take on the perfect GADA watch, you too would likely wear it daily. It s not just a way of representing your own brand, but it provides an opportunity to have an ongoing daily-wear test. And in the end, it s what the watch is designed for.Lex is still going strong with his Grand Seiko SBGX341. Unlike Thomas, Lex played no role in the design or creation of this watch. He just seems to really like it. And we can t blame him! It looks great, wears well, and requires little to no input from the wearer, making it a perfect worry-free daily wearer.Nacho provides the second slice in a wrist check that has become a bit of a VPC sandwich. He, too, is wearing his Type 37 HW with a dove-grey dial. Not a single to be had in today s wrist check, but don t fret.
