After all, the Navitimer dates back to 1952. It was originally designed to be worn as a wrist-mounted cockpit instrument for aviators. The chronographs circular slide rule allows pilots to calculate speed, time intervals, and fuel consumption. Its size should be consistent with serial-production Navitimers, meaning the 43mm housing has a 49.07mm lug-to-lug length and a 13.69mm thickness. As usual, it also has a 30m water resistance rating. Paired with the lightweight case is a dial made of carbon fiber, the most common material in F1. To ensure the watch is easy to read in low-light conditions, like the Singapore nighttime Grand Prix, theres plenty of luminous material on the hands and dial.Under the dial beats the automatic in-house caliber 01, a COSC-certified chronometer with a 70-hour power reserve. Through the case back s sapphire window, you can see the special matte black rotor swing. Its made of tungsten and features a high-durability PVD coating. Of course, it also displays the Aston Martin Aramco logo.
