   I use this for my aerobic workouts. I was suprised how my heart rate did not go over 130, except when I really push it. That means I am in good shape ( not ) or am just lazy.
   It is usefull to achieve peak performance in the athlete. For the rest of us, it lets us know that it is OK to work harder.

   I really liked the looks of this watch but after the third day of wearing it to work it is a scratched. Just from my desk top. The only place this can be worn is for going out.
